Casa de Campo offers a complete range of accommodations
from hotel rooms to luxurious villa homes. Hotel rooms are
all new and available in standard, superior and luxury categories.
With spectacular views on the championship golf courses or
colourful, tropical gardens they feature : king or double
beds, air-conditioning, new tiled bathroom, mini-bar, cable

restaurants and bars.
Near to the clubhouse, the open-air Lago Grill
is overlooking the golf course and the Caribbean sea. It offers
tropical fruits and juices, made-to-order eggs and omelette
for breakfast and light Caribbean dishes or salads for lunch.

And near to the pro-shop, the 19th Hole Bar
is open for refreshments and made-to-order sandwiches.
At El Pescador beachside at Minitas beach,
salads, sandwiches and fresh seafood are available with tropical
drinks like the famous "pina colada" served in a
pineapple husk.
In the heart of the resort, El Patio serves
authentic Dominican dishes, daily pasta and fish specials
with scrumptious desserts for lunch and dinner. Next door,
at the Tropicana restaurant, guests can dine on a fine steak
or a surf'n turf meal.
The other restaurants
are located at Altos de Chavon at a ten minutes courtesy bus
ride.
The Cafe del Sol quaint open-air offers an
incredible variety of pizzas and daily specialities, ice cream
and desserts while El Sombrero serves Mexican
and authentic south-of-the-border specialities with margaritas
and festive atmosphere.
High above the Chavon River, La Piazzetta
is a restaurant of fine cuisine of North Italy with home-made
pasta and a large antipasto bar. But the most spectacular
restaurant is Casa del Rio, featuring fine
continental cuisine, nouvelle cuisine specialities and a breathtaking
view over Chavon river.
And
if you want to enjoy the local dance, the merengue,
go and have a local drink at the bar La Cana just in the centre
of the village
