Restaurants
Local food is very diverse due to the large diversity of
food products going from the northern to the southern one's including some North African
like figs, dates or a great variety of seafood products.
Rice is the base of many recipes and a restaurant
like La Darsena on the harbour of Alicante offers more than
fifty different ones.
The Alicante paella, which is only made with seafood products, is the great speciality.
